The Screen Machine

The Screen Machine is a mobile cinema that visits Arran as part of its island tours. It has been in place for over 20 years, and is popular with both residents and visitors.  Additionally the Screen Machine puts on special showings for local schools and community groups by request. There is a Crowdfunder to raise funds for a newer model of vehicle – SM3 – which will offer greater accessibility.  The Trustees received an application from the local usherette, who has been involved since 2005.

The Trustees agreed to award £1000 towards the Crowdfunder.
