Roots of Arran Community Woodland
ACTIVITY
Lag a Bheith pathway south of Brodick and visable (and accessible) from the Brodick/Lamlash road benefitted from Arran Trust funding.
OUTCOME
The pathway involved a number of volunteers from around Arran and made a large area of woodland more accessible which in turn led to continued plantation of native trees. This has proven to be beneficial to walkers who now enjoy a 1km loop in woodland rich in flora and fauna.
