ACTIVITY

The plan is to introduce an intensive breeding programme for the Scottish Black Bee. Bees are essential for the ecological feel-being of the island - their cross pollination supports biodiversity and the Arran Trust feels this is a very worthwhile project.

Run by the Arran Beekeeping Club, this project is in it's infancy and we will keep you posted as to its progress!
